With a single setup, we enable tethering/P2C (Phone to Car) functionality.

Through the S-Link auto-connect feature, you can share and access various smartphone content such as T-map navigation, Melon's latest music, movies, music, and photos seamlessly inside your vehicle.

■ Permissions required for S-Link usage

[Mandatory Permissions]

• Storage: Necessary for accessing photos and videos for P2C usage.
• Phone: Required for handling incoming calls during P2C music playback and for the SOS emergency call feature.

[Optional Permissions]

• Enhanced battery optimization: Needed to enable P2C functionality in smartphone standby mode.

* Even if you do not agree to optional permissions, you can still use the service.

* S-Link is designed to allow users to selectively grant permissions according to Android version 6.0 and above. For devices running on Android versions below 6.0, there may not be an option to selectively grant permissions.

* Due to significant changes in the consent mechanism from Android version 6.0 onwards, please verify if your device can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher by using the software update feature on your smartphone. Additionally, existing app permissions won't change once the operating system is upgraded. Therefore, to reset permissions, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the previously installed apps.

* This application is only compatible with S-Link equipped vehicles.

* To use the S-Link Service, a Tmap Navi account is required. You can sign up for an account through the mobile service's registration page or via Tmap Navi (http://www.tmapnavi.co.kr).
